It all starts with a little step

One of the simplest way to better your health for a more energetic way is none other than.... exercise. There has been an increasing awareness that working out actually boost your day, your health and everything that comes with it.


But there are still a number of people out there, not taking the first step of working out.


"Oh its too hard", "Oh I'm too fat", "Oh this Oh that"


Working out need not be tough and challenging even for beginners. I have been working out on and off and I cannot train competitively as compared to my younger days.


At days when I am at home (especially now with the COVID 19 Pandemic), I tend to stay home and follow some simple aerobics from Youtube. I particularly enjoyed the videos from Team Body Project. They have a lot of good, simple workouts that are easy to follow and ensure you will, and you will break a sweat and unleashed the champion in you.
